    1/3 c  Soy Sauce
      1 T  Fish Sauce (Water,Anchovy,
           -Salt)
      2 T  Lea & Perrin's
           -Worcestershire
      3 ea Garlic,Smashed, Peeled, And
           -Diced
      2 sl Fresh Ginger,Smashed And
           -Diced

[Note: This simple marinade is inspired by Japanese Teriyaki sauce,
but is less sweet, and contains some savory additions.]
Combine all ingredients and use as a marinade for grilled flank steak.
Fish sauce may be obtained at Asian groceries, and in the Asian foods
section of many grocery stores.
