Marinade For Flank Steak

This simple marinade is inspired by Japanese Teriyaki sauce, but is less sweet, and contains some savory additions.

1/3 Cup Soy Sauce 3 Cloves Garlic, Smashed, Peeled,
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce (Water, -And Diced
-Anchovy, Salt) 2 Slices Fresh Ginger, Smashed And
2 Tablespoon Lea & Perrin's -Diced
-Worcestershire

Combine all ingredients and use as a marinade for grilled flank steak. Fish sauce may be obtained at Asian groceries, and in the Asian foods section of many grocery stores.
