Dry Rub With Indian Spices

From Cook's Illustrated "The Best Recipe, Grilling & Barbecue". A great spice rub for grilled pork chops. Serve with peach chutney.

4 Teaspoons Curry Powder ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper, Fresh
¼ Teaspoon Ground Ginger -Ground
2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. To use, sprinkle and pat dry rub into surface of oiled meat before barbecuing.
