Pulled pork, and beef brisket for a crowd

This meal was prepared for Sunday dinner at my cohousing community (40 people this evening). There was also a vegetarian dish...

Two big pork roasts and the spice rub.

Ready to wrap in plastic wrap.

Time for the refrigerator.

Loaded onto the racks. It's a lot of meat, but there is room to spare!

The brisket is done, but the pork needs more time.

Now the pork is also done.

The main entree is served!
