Beef tri-tip

I cooked it, and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, I didn't write down the recipe. I somewhat followed the method described by Alan Zenreich (see Favorites), and seasoned it with my "Dry rub for Barbecue" (see cookbook).

The tri-tip, triangular in shape.

Coated in dry rub.

Fresh off the grill.

It was really good. If I could only remember how I did it!
